Description of Work: Sump pump word and re-routing drainage pipes.

Description of Work: Last year Dependable came out via my home protection plan and fixed a leaky water line leading to my furnace humidifier. I have a plastic line and I was advised that this line was not the correct line and should be replaced with copper tubing. He wrote this recommendation on the bill. I have since called this company on four different occassions to have them replace the water line as recommended by them. The first time I was told he was very busy that week but would be out before the end of the week. It never happened. I called two other times and each time he was to busy and he would contact me as soon as possible to fix the line. I called today and again was told he was very busy. When I told him that he keeps telling me this each time I call him, he hung up on me. This is not the type of service anyone should recieve especially when making numerous attempts to give them business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
