Had to have the Entire A/C Compressor and Condensor Unit replaced!!!  T & J replaced the unit promptly and for a very fair price!!!

John the owner was on another call when I had called him. He told me he would be here in 15 minutes. He then showed up. He told me it would be $600 to replace the part or I need a new furnace altogether. At the time I was pricing furnaces and asked him to match a price I had saw. He matched the price and charged me $2,200. After the city came out to inspect the job, they approved it and I got a $400 rebate  within3 weeks from DTE after the work was performed. John filled out the paper work for me and he included the permit in his price. In addition, he obtained the permit. Aside the furnace, I also had a humidifier on the furnace that needed repair and he included that in the job. Not only did they replace the furnace and fix humidifier, they had to put in a chimney liner, which is a big job. They noticed after putting in the chimney liner, I needed a chimney tuckpoint and they then referred me to a company. They showed up on time. The work was great and they were very clean. They worked hard all day and didn't even take a break. They were very professional and respectful. They also guarentee their work, including labor and parts for 10 years. They are an A-1 company!
