Cake Decorating
Worst experience ever. This women runs a business out of her home. She was supposed to make me 36 cupcakes and 36 homemade animal shaped sugar cookies. What I received was 32, 5 day old and hard as a rock cupcakes and 32 store bought loft house cookies with a 2 on them written with gel you buy from the grocery store. My daughter's cake was lopsided and decorated horribly, red and blue. It did not even match the theme! I contacted her and she refused to even acknowledge the issue with the baked goods and basically called me a liar. I had multiple complaints from my guests that the cupcakes were terrible. I asked for at least a refund on the cupcakes and she refused. Her solution was to bake me a cake for my daughter's real birthday!! Ummmm, NO thanks! Very unprofessional.
