Paul and his son did a great job. They are honest, professional and courteous.

It was fine, he was pleasant. But....he charged $100.00 for about 45 minutes work, 15 minutes of it spent waiting for me to get bracket. I paid in cash no senior discount. I think price was way to high.

Paul and his crew were very friendly and professional. Due to homeowner neglect over the years, our house desperately needed some TLC. Paul was contracted to replace several areas of rotted wood on the outside of the house. We now derive a twisted pleasure in watching squirrels and birds trying to enter the attic -- only to find their points of entry sealed!

Next up was replacing the totally degraded shingles on the roof. Paul's roofing crew gave up their Fourth of July holiday to tackle that project -- for which we were very grateful. Some surprises were revealed during the roofing tear off -- lack of roofing felt in some areas, cement that was used as caulking (not good) and a chimney that was improperly sealed when the house was built thereby revealing more wood rot. Thankfully, Paul's foremen and crew knew how to address these issues. It's unfortunate to think that there are more houses out there that have/had similar Issues as ours.

However, we now own a house that has a new, properly-installed roof. Sure, it cost us -- but it's comforting to know that the elements and critters are now relegated to where they belong -- outside!

It was a pleasure working with Paul and we would not hesitate to contact him again when the need arises, as it surely will!

It was a very good experience. They were very professional and they did an excellent job on the work they did. I was completely satisfied with them.

There was nothing I disliked about them. They were on time and they did an excellent job. They were courteous and they cleaned up really well after themselves. I had no problem what so ever. I'm very pleased with what they did. Compared to other people that I got a hold of their price was excellent.

Very detailed consultation and reasonable suggestions for the work to be performed. Offered flexible terms of payment and provided answers to all of my questions. I ended up going with another vendor as I preferred their design for building out the space. I will definitely contact Mr Rothert again for any future remodeling work.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, kind, courteous and funny.
