RE/MAX TEAM 2000

I had a deeply concerning experience with Ali Khalil, he told me “he will beat the f*** out of me” when I told him to delist the home. Furthermore, when I tried to address this issue by contacting Eddie Mallad, the boss of Remax 2000, I was blocked without any response. After listing my home with him, I decided to delist it due to its current condition and my desire to get the best price. When I communicated this to Ali Khalil, his response was shockingly unprofessional and aggressive. He threatened me, saying, "I will beat the f*** out of you." This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This complete disregard for client concerns and the aggressive behavior exhibited by Ali Khalil are deeply troubling. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Ali Khalil as a real estate agent and caution anyone considering working with Remax 2000.

I think Jeff did an excellent job guiding my elderly mother through the entire process of selling her house.  She's had the house for 60 years and felt a little overwhelmed by the prospect of selling.  Jeff came in, explained everything each step of the way and was able to sell the home in 2 months without having to go through an open house.  He was very patient and responsive to her needs and concerns.

As told above, We bought the home and signed up for Angie;s list right away. As I am from Maryland I did not know anyone in the area to do any improvements. Angie's list has been great. All of the people we have found on the list have been great. I asked Ted if they were on Angie's list. I thought I would write about what a great job he did. He helped with all of the details. Taxes,Water bills, The electric, and so much more. No wonder they call him Mr. Dearborn.
