Ken and his associate Tony were great to work with. They seemed very honest and trustworthy. They listened to our ideas and concerns and remained pleasant throughout the process. They gave a prompt, detailed and accurate bid. Their bid was very reasonable- much less than other bids we received. They were able to schedule our project in a timely fashion. They showed up on time, worked fast and hard, and got the job done in only a few days- as they predicted. They were very knowledgeable about the plants and trees and answered all of our questions. They were very amenable when we changed and added a few things to our initial bid. In addition to planting numerous plants, bushes, trees, and sod they also built a retaining wall with steps and created a beautiful island with decorative hardscaping. In the short time they were there they even trimmed our existing bushes and filled in some dead spots in our yard with extra sod, just to be nice. We were so pleased with their work we asked them to do some additional landscaping that we hadn't planned on initially. Their final bill was detailed and accurate to the work they performed and consistent with the pricing on their bid. They even credited us for some extra rock they had left over after the project. The project turned out great and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. I am excited to recommend Ken and Tony to anyone who is looking for landscaping/retaining wall services in St. Louis.
