Wonderful! We are very pleased and am glad to no longer be the "ugly house" on the block! We contacted Kearns Brothers in Fall 2016 and were able to schedule the work for Spring 2017, which was best for us. Calls were returned promptly and the estimate was received quickly. Once we hired Kearns, there was no money exchanged. We were told payment was not due until the work was completed to our satisfaction. I couldn't believe this, as it was an expensive job! The process was somewhat stressful, as this type of work is weather dependent and we had many things to line up to make the house available. The people at Kearns were sympathetic to our situation and did the best they could to pin-point when the work could be done. I REALLY appreciated that! The crew got right to work and were very efficient. They were respectful of my yard, my neighbor's lawn, and the area in general. The work was completed on time and looks beautiful. We have received many compliments. I would definitely recommend Kearns and would use them in the future.

It went great, better than we expected. From the initial phone call we made for an estimate to the completion of our roof. Scotty p. our sales representative was very informative, from beginning to the end he listened to our concerns provided options and solutions. Everything was done when promised, they arrived on the day and time they said they will, with a crew of about 15 people and worked over 12 hours a day for 3 days until the roof was done. We are extremely happy our new roof. We will be using Kearns Brothers again for future projects on our home.

This did not go well. Although they did the initial installation and the shingles had about 10 years yet to go on a 25 year warranty, I don't feel Kearns gave me a break on the price of the repair. They also took weeks to come and tarp the roof to prevent further damage. When they quoted the job the representative indicated the new shingles would look almost identical to the shingles on the rest of the roof. That was not the case at all! I was able to get the color difference to be less noticeable by having the entire roof professionally washed. Kearns would not pay anything toward the cleaning or adjust their price to in any way compensate me for the extra cost and aggravation.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment for a rep to come out. Representative came out to provide a quote however, never followed up or returned our phone calls regarding the quote. If you were not interested in the project it would have been a simple courtesy to let us know so we are not wasting our time. While we understand this is busy season for driveway/concrete work ours was not a small project and we needed to get on a contractors list as the jobs are already being booked and we need for this work to be done. Do not waste anyones time mine or yours- simple professionalism.

Very professional. Not the cheapest bid, but we certainly feel we got what we paid for. Very good with follow-through, being there when they said they would, and doing what they said they'd do.

Roof never stopped leaking after they installed it. They said they forget to put the flashing up in the corner of the home, they put it up and it still leaked. They tried to tell me it was the painters fault that water was coming through the walls, what a joke, had them back out a few time and did nothing, wouldn't even give me an estimate on repairs after warranty ran out. Had living painted 3 times to cover up water stains and water still leaks through. Pathetic job.

This is the second time we've used Kearns Brothers (they replaced our roof two summers ago) and I was very happy both times. Brendon our sales person was very accommodating and their whole staff is a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them again for any other roofing needs.

Very well. I really appreciated the service Kearns provided. They were prompt, careful and cleaned up. They delivered on what they said they would. It is so infrequent these days that a company delivers on what they said they would do. "Say what you do, and do what you say." Kearns did! Thanks. (Also, a thanks to the sales rep, Paul who came out and provided the quote and details. He was good to deal with.)

I want to say that they told me that they couldn't do it. That they didn't do the roof. It was for roofing repairs, and they said since they didn't do the roof, they couldn't do the actual repairs. No, they just said that they wouldn't do it. That they wouldn't do the job. They didn't even ask me on the phone if they did the original roof, and I said no. Then they came out, and said they couldn't do it. It was almost like a waste of time.

Estimator showed up at the same time as another estimator (which was planned due to our limited availability). We were told that we were unprofessional and that this was not the way to do business. They refused to provide and estimate.

The workmen were always early or on time, and very professional. They kept us informed and were respectful of the premises. The workmanship was truly wonderful, and they kept up until the job was completed. I love my new windows and how they look. I would highly recommend Kearn's Brothers.

It turned out that his company doesn't do the type of work I needed.

Both crews were excellent. The Kearns sales representatives were prompt in their call backs and arriving at the house for quotes etc. They were reasonably priced and did what they promised they would do in a high quality manner. The working crews were also prompt, polite, neat and competent. They met us before they started the jobs to tell us how they were going to approach the work (probably because I was home -- I didn't really expect them to do this) and they reviewed the finished work with us before they left. I highly recommend this company

awning and porch railing have been installed. steps have not yet arrived, but they were ordered after main project was completed.

Very pleased with Kearns Brothers from start to finish! No pressure, and we could have waited a few more seasons. We chose to get the job done sooner, so that we could enjoy it now. Michael Baker, coordinated the entire transaction to keep us on track. Very professional, and we'll done.

It went very well, in most ways. The driveway is gorgeous and we get lots of compliments on it. The carport, pillars, porch overhang work is good, but not great. The workers who dealt with the pillars/siding of the carport did not have great attention to detail. The pillars of the carport were supposed to be set on cement/concrete embedded in the ground, in order to not sink. Those embedded parts were put into the ground, but when the pillars were installed, they were not directly over those inserts. Now, if the ground shifts, as it did with the previous pillars, part of each pillar is stabilized and part will shift with the ground. The siding also seems to be pulling away from the porch/overhang/carport a bit, and it has only been a few months.But the driveway is awesome.

Kearns Brothers exceeded our expectations. We used Kearns Brothers for a new roof and new siding on our home. Working with Mike and his whole team was an enjoyable experience and we are very happy with the finished product. All aspects of the process with Kearns Brothers was easy and seamless from beginning to end dealing directly with Mike (the owner) to scheduling with the ladies in his office. Our roofer, Arnie, was great and he kept in touch with us throughout the project, even sent me picture messages of the progress as they were completing the roof which was very cool. They can be trusted and they provide great quality work you can count on. We would recommend Kearns Brothers to anyone.
