About us

IT Network is a technology company based in Metro Detroit (Dearborn, MI). We specialize in small business and home users. We offer free (in service area) pickup and delivery and the option to use loaner computers while repairs are being completed. We have three employees and do not use subcontractors. There is a $25.00 diagnostic fee that will be applied towards payment for services performed. We offer a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee (in writing) on all work performed. For Angie's List members we offer a 15% discount on all services. For existing customers we extend a "Won't Nickle and Dime You" approach to any additional tech issues the customer may be experiencing. Email support and the first 15 mins of any phone call have been and will always remain free.

Great! Rob really knows his field! He has helped me both across the phone with questions and also in person on my computer. He is easily available and very supportive! His technology skills have helped many of my friends with their personal and business needs regarding the internet and inter office communications.
