?I would never recommend this company to anyone. They failed to complete the job as promised, leaving parts of the installation unfinished. Now, less than a week after they installed what was supposed to be permanent Christmas lights, they are already falling down. The workmanship is sloppy, and their customer service has been nonexistent. I?ve reached out multiple times for them to fix the issue, and they have completely ignored me. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about quality and their customers.?

I used Angie s list for the first time. I wanted to have Christmas lights installed on the outside of my mother s house. I responded to the first contractor who responded. A man named Tony came over on a Saturday and we talked about what kind of lights I was looking for. I showed him a photo of what I was interested in and he said he would be able to do the job. Tony had also talked me into continuing with the lights on the side of the house and said he would give me a discount, so I agreed, never had paid for a service like this before. I had given him a $300.00 deposit and he said he would be available the following weekend. I was at work the day he had installed the lights. When I arrived home I was upset that the lights that were hung were not the lights we had agreed on. They were far from the photo I had shown him on the day of our consultation. When I called him I was upset and crying and he told me he was sorry that he would be over that Sunday to make things right and that I should not worry. The last text message I received that Friday night was if I had sent the money for the remaining balance. I had sent the money hoping he would make good on his word. That was the last text message I received from Tony, and he never showed up on Sunday. The reason I used Angie s list was to avoid a situation such as this. I wish to receive compensation for my time and inconvenience in this matter.

Sad no skills of the job at the start I wanted commercial grade lighting ok what color all white; showed me one job for he had done I said ok cost 600 dollars I paid 300 half rest after the job was done next day job started not enough lights ok gone to store for 2 hours come late in the evening said I ll be back tomorrow he said I ll be back 730 in the morning never showed till 1145am stumbled for two hours job done Angi beware of who you send to other clients.

Contractor contacted me directly, expectations of the scope of work to be completed. We had to pay cash, for some reason we got no receipt. The contractor wanted additional money. Contractor left lights on one of the shrubs and didn't even plug them in this cost me 400 While the contractor was on site , he said no , we don't take them back off. We absolutely got scammed. This contractor is a scam. Do not use.

He contacted me on 11/4/24 regarding putting Christmas lifts on my roof line. He came out to give me an estimate on 11/5/24. He wrote up the contract for $500 to put the Christmas lights up and $150 to take the lights down. He said that he would do the job on 11/11/24 at 8:30 a.m. At 9:15 a.m. he was not at my home. He did not show up or call. The person that was at the home called him and he said he had an emergency and would contact me to reschedule. I did not receive a call from him. On 11/12/24, I contacted him regarding the job, and at that time he indicated that he had a death in his family and he would contact me in 1-2 days. I never received a call from him. On 11/18/24 I contacted him again to ask when he was coming to complete the job. During the conversation, he hangs up on me. I tried to call him back and it went straight to voicemail. I texted him that he hung up on me and I wanted my $100 deposit back. He did not respond to that text. I texted him again that I no longer wanted your services. Please return my $100 deposit due to your no-show or call on 11/11/24 and your hanging up on me today. He texted me back that he was in the hospital. During the conversation on 11/11/24, he indicated that he was providing a different estimate and during the conversation on 11/18/24, he was telling someone on the phone about another job.
