GROW IT GREEN LAWN FERTILIZING

DON’T DO IT! My 86 year old mom signed up for lawn treatment services and prepaid. Her backyard lawn is completely brown so I contacted Grow it Green Naturally on her behalf. They said that can’t do anything because she did not sign up for 5 treatments and grub services. There were no comments on any of the paperwork left on the doorstep that additional treatments were needed. I now believe they have never entered the backyard. The supervisor has horrible customer service skills. I hung up the phone in tears. This business is bad. Happy customers write great reviews and bring new customers. I use Top Lawn at my home and they make great recommendations which I follow and my lawn looks great. DO NOT USE GROW IT GREEN NATURALLY call Top Lawn 800 867-5296.

As the years go on my lawn continues to look better and better. They do a fantastic job. The workers are extremely nice and helpful and if I happen to have a problem, which has only happened once, the owner came out and told me what was going on in my lawn, in this case I was not watering enough and their advice quickly made the issue better. As a new mother I have had a lot on my mind and they conveniently come out year to year and offer me deals at the beginning of each year. In previous years before I used Grow it Green i had Tru Green who did unreliable work, but since I switched to Grow it Green I never have to worry about it and they always provide reliable work that they guarantee. Overall I love this company and would recommend them to everyone!

They treated lawn even though I never asked for it. I had always paid up front for the year but this year I went with another company and did not return their mailing.

When I called they said since I used their services last year, they automatically continue the service the next year. When I expressed concern that my lawn was treated twice within days of each treatment, she told me "not to get my panties in a bunch". I was told I needed to pay and I told them I refuse to pay.

She did cancel any further treatments. Very rude, will never use again.

I thought that in recent years, they may have become a little too popular and didn't provide enough of the personal service as in the past. I decided to try a different lawn service. I used Natural Way and thought they had some of the same issues. I am now using Independent and am satisfied so far with them. I may give Grow It Green another try in the future if the other companies I try don't work out.

We hired this company because our 2 neighbors use them.
I first had them due winterizing last year and have them do weed and feed and fall fertilizing for this year.
They sprayed and fertilized in May and I e-mailed them to come out again because it rained 1 hour after they did their weed and feed.
They never replied and I have more weeds in my backyard than ever.
When the company called me this year and asked if they could spray in May I said yes and asked him about the weed killer. I was told if it doesn't rain for 4 after  application it will be OK.
Well as stated it rained 1 hour after they came out.
If you ask them any questions they do not give correct answers.
I wanted to plant some grass seed this spring and they told me 4 weeks after the pre-emergent was applied.
I called the company and they told me 4 months.
You also have to watch them as the they seem to pick and choose where they fertilize.
You do not get an even coverage and they messed or lightly covered other areas.

I called their office. I told them he could not have ordered the service, since
he was deceased, and could they, as a courtesy waive this, as we no longer even owned the home either.
The person I spoke with was named Sue. She did not offer any condolence or anything, She said they
 would look into it and give me a call back. They called back in about an hour, and said they felt we should
pay anyway. She said she saw no sale of the home on record. She said the could give half off the service.
I asked to speak with a manager, Sue said she was the manager. I asked to speak with the owner. She said
she was one of the owners. I asked to speak with another owner, then. She finally transferred me to a Dan.
I asked if he was Dan Andrusiak, the owner listed on Angie's List . He said yes.
I explained the situation to him, and he also said he would only reduce price ad not waive it. He said the checed, and the home had not ben sold. I told him that was correct - it was not sold - it reverted to prior owners as it was part of a trust. I asked him if, as a matter of customer service and cnsderation for my uncle's previous business he could please just waive the full amount. He was beligerant and ill tempered. I told him I was just asking politely if there was not something further he would do because of the situation. He went off about how they were a muti million dollar company, and he didn't think the should have to just do without the money because my uncle died. I sad that if they were a multi million dollar company, that I fet they could be magnanimous and kind about this - I told him my uncle did not plan on dying - and these things happen. I explained that in my own business, when somthing like this occurs, we waive the amount and do not penalize grieving relatives. He said he didn't need a lesson in customer service from me, and to pay up the fifteen dollars in two weekd or it would be the full amount.
Avoid this company - they have zero customer service.

GROW IT GREEN ARE AN EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY DO THEIR WORK QUICKLY WHILE MAINTAINING A QUALITY RESULT. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE AND MORE THAN FAIR.

THEY DID AN ALRIGHT JOB. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE NICE AND TOLD ME THE PRICE OF ANY RETURNED VISITS. THE FIRST ONE WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.

WE WOULD REHIRE THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR PRICES BEING SO REASONABLE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS AVERAGE, BUT NONETHELESS THEY DID THE JOB THEY PROMISED. THEY WERE ON TIME.

I HAVE BEEN A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RESPONSIVE AND THE OWNER IS SO ACCESSIBLE. THEY DO FANTASTIC WORK ON MY PROPERTY.

THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR. I THINK THAT THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS WORK HARD, AND THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESS BEHIND. YOU CAN TELL WHEN THEY LEAVE, BECAUSE MY LAWN ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DO REALLY GREAT WORK. THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO KEEP YOUR LAWN LOOKING BEAUTIFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THEM IS THAT THEY CAN SHOW UP LATE FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT EVEN CALLING.
