Everything went well. The total process took 2 days as some ductwork was changed. City inspection (we had to schedule) was clean with no issues and they commented that this was typical for work done by Circle.

Was here for 5 min. at the most and had to pay $70. Did what needed to be done, but thought they would do more. Used them in the past and they were really good.

Went really well, punctual and professional and friendly.

Circle did a great job. They provided me with a timely and reasonable fee quote and worked with my schedule to replace the unit. Charges matched the fee quote exactly. The unit is working terrifically, and I've even received a follow-up call from Circle just to make sure things were still working ok.

Even though I had already considered this company as a possible provider, receiving a recommendation from a local resident was a great incentive. Service was provided with great care. The work area was tight and the servicemen exerted much effort to complete the project in the allotted time (3 days).

Thursday morning the crew arrived at the time indicated and after a brief time of discovery of the old equipment immediately began removal. By mid-day the old equipment had been disconnected and much moved into enclosed vans. We were impressed with their efficiency and cleanliness. By the end of the first day most of the inside installation work was well on the way. Promptly Friday morning the crew was back and by mid-morning a new chimney liner was in place and connected to the hot water heater. Dwayne had informed me of the city code changes and codes not withstanding the reasons for the liner. By mid-afternoon the cool air was beginning to cool the house against the 88-degree temperatures. As promised we had air for the weekend. The furnace was still in need of a few finishing touches that would be completed Monday morning. After a nice weekend with great A/C they were back promptly on Monday morning and completed things by noon. After going over things with me one last time they were gone with all the holes plugged, the gaps filled and things as they should be. About a week went by before the city inspector came by for a sign off on the work. He provided a very thorough inspection of everything they touched, inside and out. The inspector was a retired HVAC guy with lots of experience. He commented on how good a job I had received and placed the city sticker. Finally, about two weeks after the installation I noticed that the temp in the house had crept up a degree or two and found the outside system not running. I immediately called Circle and they were there in 45 minutes. A thorough inspection found a bad expansion valve. A call to the shop brought my salesman, the owner and the required part. Within two hours after the call, the issue was resolved. Bad parts occasionally slip through and the proof is in how an issue is handled. I have enthusiastically recommended Circle to my friends and will continue to do so.

One of the owners in the business, Ron Brown, rearranged his schedule to come to our home on a Saturday morning. He spent over 2 hours with us. He spent the time to educate us on the differences in the systems and made recommendations on what would be best for our home. I was very pleased that some of his recommendations were not the most expensive equipment he carried. He covered all of the based and was extremely professional. We had received several other quotes and this company stood out well above all of the others. The installation only took one day and the crew of three were extremely professional and clean. If you are looking for a Lennox system this is the company to work with.

Everything was excellent. On time, polite, helpful, reasonable price. He actually referred me to someone else in the future because of problems his company might have with finding parts for this furnace.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY DEPENDABLE AND VERY REASONABLE IN THERE PRICE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. THEY HAD IT UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME AT ALL. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE A VERY DEPENDABLE AND HONEST COMPANY. THE WORK THEY DID FOR US WAS REALLY GOOD, AND I THINK THAT IT WAS AT A FAIR PRICE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR RESPONSE TIME. THEY SHOWED UP THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEED HEATER OR AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR OR INSTALLATION.
