Massage is as good as it gets and I have been getting massages since 1969. Sandra's work is incredible and highly effective. TMJ, NECK, FOREARM/ELBOW PAIN RELIEVED. I was referred to Sandra by my mom and Naturopath for a simple massage. She provides so much more; with a holistic attitude. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and is an excellent listener. I went to see Sandra for a simple massage for tight shoulder and neck but she went beyond that and addressed my poor chin/neck posture, tight fascia in my forearms and around my elbows which I incorrectly attributed to tendinitis, directed me to a heavy metal detox expert, regularly brings in specialist massage therapists such as the craniosacral masseuse for my son and I. And recently gave significant relief to my TMJ which was acting up due to dental work. I've been a client of Sandra's for several years now and look forward to my weekly sessions. Since I hurt my leg and foot a year ago she has been able to help me get more mobility in it. I had previously seen a foot doctor for the same issue and all he wanted to do was give me injections which did not help. I appreciate her caring attitude toward my health.

My appointments with Sandra have gone very well. I appreciate the depth of modalities she has been trained in. She varies treatment based on what's going on with my body. With my fibromyalgia we've tried different treatments to find what will work for me. If I'm not careful I can get a rebound and she's very good at working with me to minimize it or mitigate it, if does happen.
