Vacuum Cleaners
I bought my first vacuum from a shopping network and have experienced two incidents of the hose coming unglued from the connector. Both times I have taken the vacuum into Bank's (since I'm milliseconds out of warranty) and they have graciously glued it back together. Having never been in a vacuum store before, I looked around and realized I should have purchased from them. Not only are their prices competitive with the shopping network, they can tell you what vacuum will best suit your needs, they offer outstanding service, and they will back up their products.
