"In your review you mention nothing about the quality of work you received on the grade. It is a cleaning that was purchase by time. We encourage all clients in the future to remember that if they are unhappy with the service to reflect more on quality verses how much was completed. A Bathroom at least takes 30 minutes if it is a surface clean. A detailed cleaning can take up to 2 hours per bathroom to be done correctly. The ovens are not part of the Coupon but they were completed with what supplies we carried. We do not carry oven cleaner because it is not part of the Coupon. We also completed more than what customer requested as well as we cleaned appliances, front of appliances stairs and the floors on the main level. We asked the client to take a look to make sure everything was to her satisfaction but she was too busy. Customer was also out of our service area but we completed the coupon for her anyway."

"We have learned a lot from dong these big deal.s Yes, I can totally agree that it is partly your fault for not getting your cleaning scheduled on time. We had you scheduled for a couple of months ago and your wife never replied. Communication is the key. When I review my emails, I know where I am at fault as well as where it isn't my fault. As of part of this deal as well. I ask before buying a big deal that you consider the following things: 1. Communication on both sides. Please provide a valid phone number and/or email address. There has never been an unanswered phone call and email. If you don't hear from us please contact us. There is a phone number (cell phone and business line), email and Angie's list center. There is ONE of your and we have many customer's. 2. there is a 1-2 week waiting period. Possibly more around holidays. When running a big deal and you need a specific date, please call before hand to see if it is available. We also need for customers to understand during a big deal it takes time to respond and get everyone in. We are a small business of 4-5 cleaners. 3. For a hourly cleaning we are there for the specific time you paid for. If you are not happy with what was completed in that time frame customers, you are more than welcome to purchase more time. 4. If you are purchasing a deep cleaning: Please be aware that areas of the home that have been neglected such as mold, mildew, grease, grime, pet fur build up, dust build up and so on. Will not be 100% your first cleaning. If you think about it, it took, days, months and years to get that way it is not going to be 100% the first time. As we leave the dust will settle more so in a home in which needs a deep cleaning. All in all we know you are the customer. We can't expect to perform miracles when there is no communication on your end. We did the best possible in everyone situation that has been given to us. We know that everyone is not going to be happy. So that is why we are making changes to make customers aware of minor things that they might not realize."

"I asked customer for her phone number 3 times. I am not blaming her but would have made scheduling a lot easier since I had explained Angie's List website was having problems. Customer told me she only replies to emails during the morning. I had tried to schedule her 3xs in one week. Since she didn't provide us with her phone number by the time she had responded we had already on the road and filled the spot. As customer stated her house was very bad. One room filled up a garbage bag of pet fur. Customer should have purchased more time to have a complete job before making a review as this one. This is an hourly cleaning not a whole home cleaning. Cleaners did a great job considering the circumstances."
