AIR CONTROL SYSTEMS INC

During one of the bitterest winters when my thermostat failed, the owner, Nabil Mardini, worked through the Christmas holiday to get it working so that I had heat. He even brought me a space heater do I didn't freeze! But my best story about him happened one cold day when the furnace quit on us. Nabil was coming in the front door as my then 80-year-old mother came up from the basement. We both looked at her in shock because she had blood streaming down her face. She had tripped on the step and hit her forehead on the concrete wall, leaving her with a deep gash that required several stitches. I told Nabil that I had to get her to the emergency room and would reschedule our appointment. No problem, he said. "You take care of Mama, I take care of furnace." Great, I said, just leave me a bill and I'll send you a check. When mom and I got home hours later, the furnace was fixed and the house was warm. But there was no bill. The next day, I called Nabil to ask how much I owed him. "No charge," he said. "You keep taking care of Mama." All these years later, I get a lump in my throat recounting his kindness. He's a very good and honest man, and he'll do fine work for you. I would recommend him to anyone.

THEY WERE LATE SHOWING UP, TO BEGIN WITH. THEY WERE VERY POOR ON THE WORK THEY DID. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL. I STILL HAVE DUST COMING OUT OF MY VENTS.
