It went great.  AAA roadside came to my house to jump start my car when the weather was way below zero.  They even brought a new battery in case I needed a new one.  They also did a diagnostic test on my battery to see if i needed a new one.  I did not need a new battery at this time.  When I called for the service I was asked if I was safe.  That made me feel very comfortable and safe by asking this question.  Later that day I was at a friends home and he got his truck stuck in the ditch off of his driveway.  They came out and towed his truck out in a timely manner.  For my one year membership of only $52 I feel like I have a great security blanket for if I was brokedown, had a flat tire, lock my keys in the car or run out of gas.  Thank you AAA for such a great service at a great price.

I called the insurance company initially to get advice on how I should start - whether to get a roofer to inspect for damage first, or have adjuster come. They advised calling a roofer first. Once I got the assessment and quote from roofer, I called AAA back to report the claim. The adjuster called within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. He came, did a very thorough assessment, including looking for damage where I hadn't even considered. He gave me some helpful tips on how to deal with the contractors, and promptly sent the documents via email the next day, followed by hard copies in the mail. The insurance company promptly sent a check within 6 business days. After reviewing the amount of the claim, I realized that it was less than the total cost to replace the gutter covers that were damaged. Upon receiving the actual cost, materials list, and measurements, the insurance company agreed to make up the difference without fuss. All in all, the process was painless, and relatively quick.

We had to contact AAA to file a claim, due to someone crashing into the rear of our car. From the first call till the time of completion they stayed on top all the things that your company should do in a time of need.

Quoted prices were not close to be competitive to current insurance company

I've always been happy with AAA, the adjuster did a good job overall when he came out to inspect the hail damage. The only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that he told us he'd be out between 10 and 11, the representative from the roofing company was there as well, at 11 I called and asked when he'd be out. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, but when I repeatd what he told me over the phone he promised to be out in 20 minute and he was. He was very thorough and polite, we received our paperwork in 4 days and our check in the next 2.
