He did a great job but was more expensive than our normal plumbing.

A nice, polite man who seemed to know his business.

I was concerned no one would want to do such a small job.  But he came within a week of calling, was prompt, pleasant and did a terrific job.  Plan to use again whenever I need plumbing services.

I purchased a Big Deal with this provider, which was clearly stated as $65 for a plumbing service call and complete diagnostic plus $65 credit toward any necessary repairs. When he came out, he did the work, and then charged me $187.50. I told him I had bought the deal with Angie's List, and he said that this was for the service call only, and did not include the diagnostic. He still charged me $187.50 total, when the deal did say that it included the diagnostic. He was very polite and helpful, but I feel that this pricing was not correct, since I had purchased a Big Deal.

On time, helpful advice, easy to work with, ethical provider at a moderate price.

I left the garden hose attached to the outside faucet so the water could not drain out. And because of the cold winter the pipe split just inside the house. WLG came out promptly at the scheduled time and did a first-class job of repair. His price was a bit high but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend them if you want service done well and to code.

He is nice, prompt, knowledgeable, totally honest.

Butch called this morning to say that he had received a referral for service from Gary Shelley, who owns AIR TEMP Heating, Cooling, Appliance Repair Building Management Specialists, a company that had earlier this morning reinstalled the plumbing to our 2nd refrigerator's icemaker.  When Butch indicated that he could be here at 1 this afternoon, I was thrilled.  He called again at 12:30 to say that he estimated that he would be running about half an hour late and that he would call when he was leaving the job he was on, which he did.  He arrived punctually at 1:30.  He was extremely well spoken, neatly dressed, very personable and professional and I just knew from the get that he would be expedient and fair and that he was skillful.  It was obvious that he loved his work and helping people, though it wasn't like he was a big talker or tooting his own horn. He was rather understated.   What was obvious was that he was there for his customer.  He was also very upfront about his charges, too, so there were no surprises there. Butch charges:  Labor:   $75.00/hour   Service Call:  $37.50   Parts:  In our case, $14.56  He also explained that he rounds quarter hours up to the next half hour, which is par for the course in my experience. The difference is that I would hire this plumber again in a heartbeat!  He has 20 years of experience and is certified in many areas, including backflow.  No job appears to be too big or too small for Butch.  When asked if he makes emergency house calls, he indicated that he does. After I had paid Butch, we talked for a few minutes, and he told me about going to New Orleans with a church group after Hurricane Katrina.  I was not surprised because I had the sense that he was that kind of caring person.
