On the water side: hot water boiler, steam boilers, tankless water heaters and your standard hot water tank/heaters.We are also Nate certified. Just because you have an old furnace, boiler or a/c does not automatically mean you need to REPLACE. Robert called within an hour of my posting, and even though i said it wasn't an emergency he scheduled it for the next day. He came out and gave us several repair options, and once we selected which one we wanted him to do he did it and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with our No-Nonsence hot water heater replacement experience. My emergency phone call, water all over my basement floor, was answered immediately and a quick estimate of the repair cost was given. Technician arrived on time and even had a new unit on his truck. Replacement was completed in a timely manner and final bill came in under first over the phone estimated quote. Highly recommend them.

Contractor did not identify the correct source of the problem which I found myself afterwards and was a simple burnt fuse that cost me less than 10 dollars. Instead, the contractor said it could have been burnt wires within the electrical box and gave an estimate of somewhere close to $1,850. I gave 3 stars because of that. I would have given 5 stars had the contractor taken the extra step to look at the electrical box in the basement, which he didn't even bother to look at.

"If you remember Ali, I told you there was no power at the condenser at all. I asked if your breaker had tripped down in the basement. You then checked and said no it did not. Going by what you had told me, I gave you a rough idea of what an electrician might charge to repair/replace breaker panel and/or circuit breaker. I'm glad it turned out to be only a fuse. If a customer has issue's at their breaker panel or old fuse box panel an electrician is needed."
