They were very prompt and clean.  They were very good.  They were very quick with getting the job done.  They cleaned up after themselves.

They used several different sub-contractors for each individual thing. They did not advise me on who they would be using before the contract was signed. The response time to have the work completed was terrible and ended up taking over 3 months to have them finish after I threatened to fire them from the job. I was absolutely unsatisfied and expected for for the money that I had paid to them. No one was held accountable for being responsive and punctual. I will never use Home Depot again for any sort of job at my home as we have other remodeling we are needing done. I asked for some sort of resolution for the unacceptable time frame and breach of the contractual time frame given and was offered nothing near what would even seem reasonable. Do not use this company as you have no clue who they will be sending into your home and they take no responsibility for the value of their customers time.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AT FIRST, I MEAN THEY DID A GOOD JOB. BUT AFTER AWHILE THE PADDING STARTED TO CLUMP UP. I WILL HAVE TO HAVE IT FIXED. I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL USE THEM OR IF I WILL HAVE SOMEONE ELSE COME OUT.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE JOB DONE. THEY CAME OUT, AND DID NOT TAKE LONG. THE PRICE IS OK BECAUSE I HAVE A HOME BUYER WARRANTY, SO I LIKE TO USE THEM ALL THE TIME.

WHILE INSTALLING MY NEW FRONT DOOR, THE SERVICEMAN PUNCHED A HOLE IN IT WITH THE NAIL GUN. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY SENT A REPAIRMAN OUT; HE ONLY PATCHED THE DOOR INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT. THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A DISCOUNT.

THEY WERE AN UNRELIABLE COMPANY. THEY QUOTED ME WONDERFUL RATES AND CHARGED ME A LOT MORE THEN ORIGINALLY PLANNED. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AT ALL.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL OF MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. THE WORK WAS FINISHED RATHER QUICKLY, AND LOOKS GREAT. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYBODY WHO NEEDS HOUSE WORK DONE.

THE PROCESS OF ORDERING THE MATERIAL BEFORE INSTALLATION WAS VERY TIME CONSUMING. IT WAS ALSO VERY AGGRAVATING BECAUSE IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN MY AVAILABILITY. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DELIVERED THE CARPET WITHOUT A STAIN OR SNAG. THEY DID THEIR JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK BEFORE THEY LEFT.
