We booked him to do a small job around our deck. When he arrived the day of the job he let us know that the project would be more expensive and that he underestimated the job. We agreed to pay extra because we wanted to get it done. When he was almost done with the job we asked why he wasn't planting the Hydrangeas that he was supposed to plant along the side of the deck. He said he never agreed to that even though it is written in our estimate. He refused to do it and was argumentative. There was also a ton of extra mulch left over from the job which was left in our driveway for us to figure out what to do with. I would not recommend.

"There was a price increase on the arborvitte trees you requested to be planted so I explained to you in a very collective manner and said the price of the trees was higher than usual and that it was my fault for not knowing and said it was fine if you choose not to pay the difference you said that you would talk it over with your husband and get back with me when I finished the job you decided to pay me the the difference it was your choice in regards to the hydrangeas they were to be planted in the front flower bed where I planted them not the rear of the house."

While there were issues with the initial contract, we have since resolved the situation.

"I removed 16 large bushes from your property and 4 large trees got a dumpster and hauled all the debris away after I finished the job you paid me and was completely satisfied with my work then a few days later you called me saying you want me to grind the stumps for the 4 trees that we did not discuss or agree on doing whatsoever I went above and beyond with my services and did all the work you requested to be done."

The company owner did the work himself. It was a 90 degree day and he work for 8 hours and did a great job.

Very prompt response when I first inquired about dumpster delivery and pick up service. Price was great compared to other companies in the area. Dumpster was delivered on the day scheduled and picked up by 8:30 am the scheduled day of pick-up. Would definitely use Junk Monster again, if needed.

I hired and paid Ali to cut and maintain the yard and now he is now not doing the work and will not give a refund for the work that I have paid for.
