Serviceman (Doug) was very friendly.
He was accommodating to the appointment time to be later in the day, and arrived on time to the appointment.
The lab tests for asbestos came back quickly and they sent us copies of the test results over email for confirmation.
They were willing to perform the lab tests for free. Thankfully the tests came back negative. If we did have asbestos I would feel comfortable using their services to have the removal take place. They were very professional and willing to answer all of the questions I had while they were on site.
NOTE: Angie's list website would not allow me to select "Asbestos Removal" for the category and continued to default "Windows" no matter how I entered the write a review screen. This review is for Asbestos Removal/Testing and not Windows.
