Prompt service. Was especially appreciated when the water meter connection sprung a major leak when my usual contact told me 3 days and just shut off the water in the whole house. That was not possible. Have since used them for 2 other issues, a leaking toilet and a leaking outdoor tap. Very professional.

John helped me out in a pinch my wife had just got out of the hospital 3 days earlier.It was a Sunday morning the hot water tank broke i went downstairs to try to tackle the job myself. I started to shut the water off and the water shut valve came off in my hand.So i had to shut the water off to the house.I called John first thing Monday explaining to him it was just to big a job for to do. I couldn`t repair water heart and take care of my wife. John came out a couple hours and did a wonderful job fixing me up and saving the day.

   We have been using John, one of the co-owners, for decades as our primary plumber.  He is first-class.  A little expensive but right in line with normal master-plumber prices.  His work is excellent and meticulous and worth every penny.  John's work also stands up very well long-term which makes it further worth the price.  He is polite, intelligent, friendly, punctual and honest.  Today he brought along his son, Joel, also an experienced  master plumber who appears to have all the positive traits of his dad.  Their clean up is as thorough as you could want.  They continue to get top ratings from us, as they have for many plumbing jobs over many years. 

My house was built in 1949.  I have used Dearborn Heights Plumbing for several years.  By far the best plumber my family has every used.  We are replacing all pipes and faucets my home.  This is the only plumber my husband will let in our house.  Ask for Joe he is the best!!

I've used these plumbers for years and, while they are not the least expensive, they are excellent in every way.  You can depend on them and trust their work.  I recommend them highly and never use anyone else.

In each case, the company was very professional and did very nice work.  They were professional, punctual, honest, neat and clean and respectful of my home.  In each case they provided a full estimate before performing the work.  They charge more than other plumbers I have employed, but I believe it is worth it because they do good work and I can count on them.

They have always done such a good job for me. They come out right away and are always neat with their work. I will continue to use them for service.

They handled the city inspector when he came out to inspect it. I'm glad because I didn't even know that I needed that done. They even hauled off my old water heater. I told a friend about them and she used them too.

What I liked about Dearborn is the quality of work they do and also they are very truthful with their customers. They were running late but they were courteous enough to phone ahead of time to make sure that it was still OK to come out.

They called to let me know when they would be arriving and arrived on time. Completed all the work in a professional manner. Also cleaned up the complete area after completing all his work.

THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED. I HAD TO LEAVE AND RUN AN ERRAND. I FELT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE LEAVING THEM IN MY HOME. EVERYTHING WAS OKAY WHEN I CAME BACK. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. EVERYTHING IS RUNNING CORRECTLY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I REALLY LIKE THEM BECAUSE THEY LET ME MAKE PAYMENTS RATHER THAN HAVING TO PAY EVERY THING AT ONE TIME. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
