Outstanding!  Randy is everything you would want in a contractor.  He and his brother did an exceptional job on our kitchen remodel!  Professional and knowledgeable, as well as reasonably priced.  Randy is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work!  I would not hesitate to hire him again.

randy does a great job and i totally trust him in everything.in my bedroom he put moldings on my vaulted ceiling and drywalled one wall.he gutted my kitchen and put in the cabinets plus minor plumbing.my moms kitchen was gutted plus drywall put on all walls and ceiling as well as a closet built for her washer and dryer and laminate flooring put in.and my sons kitchen and daughters kitchen cabinets were already taken out so he just had to do some drywall and install cabinets that look great! he also has a computer program that uses to design the kitchens.i totally trust him in all he does.

Everything went well and on-time, they came on Monday and was finished by Saturday morning, only because I had to go get some materials to finish one of the project, that I asked for after they started the remodeling job.  I would recommend them to anyone that asked me.  I learned about R. Quinn Construction from my daughter, she has used his services for several kitchen for her house and several rentals.

It took a little while to schedule the work but once it began the work Randy and his brother performed was solid and professional. He also recommended some design details that improved my layout. The kitchen is beautiful. I receive many compliments from visitors. Randy was always courteous and trustworthy. he performed most of the work while I was not present. I recommended Randy to my son who is also highly satisfied with the work Randy has provided.

Randy responded to my inquiry quickly in early June. I was seeking an alternative to the traditional independent 3rd party installer IKEA uses.

Randy was a breath of fresh air as a business person and contractor. He asked to see my IKEA plan, the order and the proposed kitchen layout. With that he gave me a quote - after calling to ask questions about my preferences for trim detail and concerns about his work. He offered references and all were glowing - to which mine can be added.

Unassembled cabinets arrived on a Thursday. Randy was here early Monday. he re-measured the kitchen, prepped the walls and floor, assembled and installed 18 cabinets. He cleaned up as he worked, was very polite and explained what he was doing.

He completed the job ahead of schedule - despite having to cut down some cabinets because of a couple crooked and angled walls.

Randy was the best of 10 vendors who have worked on my kitchen - by far.

Randy Quinn was the only contractor I worked with during this remodel who did exactly what he promised on time and on budget. His work was impeccable and both he and his crew were friendly and professional. If something wasn't perfect he would take the time to correct it. He even designed a solution to mount a microwave in a lower cabinet which required custom work to get the microwave to line up perfectly with the oven.

There were times when other contractors were working in the house, and several times Randy coordinated work with them so that things went smoothly. His pricing was far more reasonable than the installer that Ikea recommends and his experience really shows in his work. I rarely recommend contractors to friends, but I have recommended Randy to all of my neighbors and co-workers. My kitchen, mudroom, and bathroom are perfect.

Randy and team at R. Quinn Construction did a fantastic job and far exceeded our expectations. We have utilized many contractors in the past for other projects and I can honestly say that we have never experienced anything quite like the service level we received. They responded to our initial request for service within 24 hours and quickly provided a quote that was considerably less than the "IKEA" suggested contractor (which also just happened to be located in Chicago - some 300 miles away!). Randy gave us an installation date 2 weeks out, again besting the other contractors considered. We did have some concerns that the "cost may be too low" but after looking at their web site and Facebook page, those concerns quickly disappeared.

They arrived on time as promised and immediately went to work, taking only a short lunch break and working late into the evening. They exhibited extreme care and handling of the cabinets and installed them as we had planned. I was amazed at the care taken to level the cabinets (often multiple times) both side-to-side and front-to-back. This was repeated each time another cabinet was "added" and continued through completion. Our design required some "customization" of several cabinet which they performed flawlessly. At the end of the first day, well over 60% of the cabinets were installed. Then something really unusual happened. They cleaned up and vacuumed the entire space before they left for the day. The second day was a repeat of the first. Arrived early, stayed late to finish and cleaned up like they had never been there. I also have to say that we did some "on-the-fly" changes, which they happily accommodated and, to my pleasant surprise, did not change the total cost. Nothing seemed to be "a problem", which was greatly appreciated. The total project was completed in 2 days (again less than half the time quoted by other contractors).

Overall, as I said above, R. Quinn Construction far exceed our expectations and we would highly recommend them to do any remodeling type project. They had all the right tools, knew what they were doing, were very professional and very easy to work with. We are 150% satisfied with the work that was done. They will be our first call the next time a remodeling need arises.*
