Description of Work: We requested an agent to advise us on selling our home The person who called on us made no suggestions and was quite negative. She called back several days later with a completely different estimate of the worth of our house. Shedid not see all of the house and did not give suggestions on improvements. She did not resond well to questions. We met with a remix agent a few days later and had a totally different experience. The remap agent is Tim Powell and I would give him an Aplus.
