But miss [Member Name Removed] actions call for us to never return again, we were threatened by miss [Member Name Removed] with the presence of her brother, and the statements you have made in this review are completely untrue. We did more work than what was in the contract, and didn’t charge you any extra fees. We are aware you would like the money for materials refunded but unfortunately since you have the materials in your home, and they were installed correctly, we cannot issue a refund. Again i am extremely sorry you feel this way about the work you received from us, we wish the best for you and your family and hope you guys have a wonderful weekend !"
