Clock Repair
Took in a wall clock for cleaning. I had gotten an estimate from another jeweler for $500 for a cleaning, which I thought was way too much. Palace would have only charged me $185 for the same work. However, when they were looking over the clock they found it was just a simple problem and fixed it at no charge. It may still need to be cleaned, but I know where I am taking it.
They do have a waiting list, so you should call before bringing a clock in.

Palace Jewelers was very responsive and professional. They called me right after speaking with Angie's List about me. They gave me a quote over the phone after discussing the problems with me. They were excellent, 100%. We decided the repair would be more costly than what I bought the clock for used so I opted not to have the repair done. They were very honest. They were wonderful.
