Home Energy Advantage - Davison

This company was great. It started out as just siding and a home energy audit, quickly after we scanned my windows and attic and they showed me how much of a temperature difference there was. I was sold on replacing windows and re insulating my attic. It was comforting knowing that they were able to show me the cold spots rather than just tell me what I need and where I needed it. It was even more comforting being able to finance this entire project! I dealt with an individual named Ken, and he did more explaining and teaching then he did trying to just sell something, the price he quoted me was good whether I signed today or next week. No high pressure sales made it a lot easier for my wife and I to decide with 3 estimates on the table.

The salesman that arrived at my doorstep was well dressed and extremely professional. I was very weary about doing such a large project and he took his time with me instructing me of all the steps they installers would take to make sure my home wasn't left wide open!
After the salesman left, I looked the estimate over and called him back a few days later. He knew exactly who I was and we were able to process the entire order over the phone with my credit card.
Roughly 2 weeks later, the windows were delivered and being installed, I couldn't ask for a better installation crew either! Every question I asked them they took their time and answered it, it made me feel good to know they knew what they were doing, and never seemed like they were hiding something.
The original salesman then called me after the project wrap up and made sure I was happy with everything. 
Such a great experience dealing with a professional staff rather than a questionable contractor!

The installation went better than planned. At First I was a little hesitant to have windows replaced in such cold weather, however, they assured me everything would go smooth and we wouldn't be exposed to the elements for very long.

The crew of three men managed to complete the entire job in only one day! I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and how they handled themselves, along with working extremely hard. They have a very simple process of measuring and ordering my windows, and from our first meeting to the installation it only took 2 weeks! The salesman who stopped in was very charming and took his time explaining everything about the window I was about to purchase, he made me feel extremely comfortable with every decision I made, and never once pushed any upgrade I didn't need, he even talked me out of Krypton gas explaining how Argon will be do just as good, mind you, I had no idea what either of those things before meeting them.

Of the two other bids I received, they were in the middle, I chose them though simply because of how well they explained everything and worked around my needs first, I have no problem writing a positive review about such a great company!
