My roof is beautiful

The crew was fast and very clean. They protected my stuff with covering and put back what they moved.

They measured the windows and, on the date of the installation, 13 out of 15 windows were about 4 inches too short. They had three different guys measure and they were off. They were never on time. They came out here on three different days. Very poor management.

Tom has been very professional, and attentive with returning calls and keeping me in the loop as to the status and progress of the project. The siding and gutter crews were experienced and knowledgable. My only "issue" is that many nails were left on the site after the crews had gone. I discussed this with Tom, and he told me he would address it with his crews. All in all, I would recommend D&W for siding projects.

They are very quick, i would go for a 5 if they can get cheaper service for value of money.

They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up the work area every day. Still picking up nails,though. The did inadvertently take a small bag of screw and things I need to put my deck chairs together. It was on the green deck by the deck chairs.

Clueless crew. Did nothing

Seemed to do a good enough job on the roof, but not particularly interested in cleaning up and hauling away the smaller pieces of debris.

Justin and Nick were excellent installers; very thorough, diligent, and careful. They did a great job and cleaned up inside and out (the garage area). Happy customers!

The guys that came did a fantastic job.....in and out much quicker than anticipated, and the shower looks great!

Phil and his team that did the roofing on our home were great. They were fast, professional, and made sure they did a great job on clean up. Also, Chris who did the follow up on the roofing was great. Had some mis-communication problems with the team that did the gutter work, and they did not do a very good job on clean up. We found several pieces of sharp metal laying in the grass around the house, and some of the workers were smoking and throwing cigarette butts on the ground around our house. Very unprofessional.
