They are caged, then they are out twice a day on their own, they take them out individually. I pay for, you can pay for, they call it the TLC, which is a third time you can have them take them out, in which I do that, but it is an extra charge. I am satisfied! The staff seem okay. I have used them for years.

I had an appointment Monday but the girl called in sick so after 2 days they called me and made another appointment for Thursday. Ok, I'll give them that. The groomers were not friendly to begin with. I told them I wanted the dogs trimmed up for summer and leave a top notch for the female to wear a bow. My husband went to pick them up and the female had not been groomed around her head at all and when asked why, the groomer "Stephanie" said because she, the dog, doesn't want her head touched. Well she's 5 years old, weighs 4 pounds and has always been groomed. My husband told her he wasn't going to pay for grooming that wasn't done. Stephanie claimed that she had 4 different people hold the dog and she still couldn't cut her hair. My husband said "i'll hold her and you can groom her head". Stephanie didn't want to but

she went and got her equipment and my husband held the dog and she clipped her head the way it should have been done in the first place and the dog never moved! Now that the dogs are home, their cuts are all choppy and need to have their cuts evened up. You shouldn't have to do that when you pay that much for grooming! We are disappointed because we like the vets there but as far as grooming, Never again! That girl needs to learn more about dogs before she does any more grooming!

I like them. I have been using him for number of years. There is a veterinary outlet right across the street from where we live now but we only been there to purchase his license and they haven't really done any services other than that. I was impressed with them and they seemed very nice to work with. It was a clean hospital area not only for veterinary service or for dogs and cats but for everything and we were impressed by that.

I will not go back to Dunckel Vet... Staff are courteous, sure, and the price is what it is... but I am so upset that the vet doctors are "lazy".... each time going to the vet, and explaining the situation, including the assistant and vet looked at all her past medical receipts (records) for verification and understanding the situation (I always bring all her receipts/records to every vet apt). the supposed "solution" was the same = give my puppy a punch of shots, Benadryl, and steroids to help rid the skin allergen.. A vet should know, too many prescriptions/servings of steroid regimen is just as harmful to pets as it is to humans.. It can injure/deform or cause worse damage to your animal... Not only that, but this turned into a lot of wasted money...
I ended up finding the real solution to her skin allergen from a local grooming place for free :) simply for the fact THEY actually showed they CARE about the well being of your animal, not to make sure you keep having to go back...
The allergen was due to her food (IAMS is not as good for your dog/puppy as claimed... many of the dog foods in this price/category cause your dog to develop food/skin allergies...) My puppy now is only fed FROMM brand dog food, I just wish I would have found out sooner to save her all the agony... and of course a lot of money.
Also, Dunckel Vet I know is a business as well which means to make money, but this office is always trying to upsell me with this and that... I do not like being pressured to buy products...

We took our dog to see Dr. Wright and he was amazing. There were indications that our dog may have cancer. Dr. Wright was very professional and very informative. He performed an ultra sound, and did a wonderful job. He was straight forward and very kind about it. Everyone we encountered from the receptionists all the way up vet were very friendly and warm hearted.

My husband and I were referred to Dunkel by our primary vet. Our dog needed an ultrasound to check for cancer, and we wanted a second opinion on our dogs condition. We saw Dr. Wright and he was amazing. Very helpful and informative. Our dog has a blood disorder and Dr. Wright was about 90% sure it was the disorder and not cancer, and he was right. Anytime we have any other problems he will be our 1st call. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and very helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism at this clinic and highly recommend Dr Wright for reptile care.

They are good.  I will use them again in the future.

I have used them for probably 20 years. I have good rapport with them. Everybody in the office is very professional. We have had several cats and dogs, and we always have good experiences with the office. Their prices are competitive. They are open late and on Saturdays. You don't have to wait long in the office.
