HIS WORK IS NOT UP TO STANDARD. WHEN SPRAYED THE STAIN ON, IT ALSO GOT ON MY FRONT DOOR, ON SIDING AND IT DID NOT STAIN ALL THE PATIO DECK. HE CLAIMS TO BE A PAINTER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND HIM TO EVEN PAINT A DOG HOUSE. HIS WORK IS DONE VERY POOR. DO NOT HIRE TOM MONAHAN UNLESS YOU WANT A CRAPPY JOB!

Tom did a great job. He helped me pick the right color. He is very professional, neat and does all the work himself. His work shows pride of getting the job done right and making sure the customer is happy.

Tom Monahan is a master painter! From start to finish, the time he took to prepare the boards for painting--and his skillful painting--gave our 22-year old home a like-new appearance. Plus, he is a one-man show: from the proposal to the painting, it was just Tom.
When coming up with a proposal, he included only areas that needed to be painted, and we believe the price he charged was quite reasonable. He was punctual, neat, worked hard, took care with the plantings around the house, and completed the work on time.
Without any reservations, we ***highly*** recommend TMM Painting.
