I knew based on my own reviews of the type of smart washer I had that any repairs may end up costing a lot.  I had just purchased the set used three months ago and the washer quit working and would not even turn on.  JD had to go under the machine to one of the five circuit boards to get the readout error code to show up on the main screen.  Unfortunately this type of code is very vague and would have required trial and error replacement parts in order to narrow down which circuit board was having a problem.  He was also honest in informing me of the other issues that could and probably would pop up in the future on this machine.  I decided not to sink any more money into this thing and I am going to buy a more basic washer and dryer.  I appreciated his quick response and total honesty in regard to this machine.  I could have spent a bunch of money on this and I am grateful that he came out so quickly and was up front with me on it.  I will definitely call him again if needed in the future.

JD was able to come out quickly when other companies told me I would have to wait 4 days to get a technician to my house. He was out when he said he would be and he showed us how to prevent this problem in the future. Very quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

We have used JD's several times and he is awesome! He has fixed my washer, dryer, and freezer. Is very knowledgable, professional, and reasonable. Always get same day service. I will not use anyone else for my appliance repair.

We called to have our dishwaster repaired. It is a Fisher and Paykel. The service guy did not seem to know what he was doing and worked on it for about 1/2 hour. He finally said that it needed a new flood sensor and that he would have to order one. He said that it would be a couple of days for it tp come in and then we would come back and fix it. It is a month later and he has never came back or called. It also turns out that he did not even know where the flood sensor is, since he was looking in the top drawer and the sensor is in the bottom drawer. I will NOT call them again.
