I like them for wellness checks, shots, meds and single minor issues. (If you get certain routine shots, they don't charge for office visit. Great way to encourage/assist animals owners to stay up-to-date w/ shots. Like a community service for animals/humans). I had to rate lower because, from my multiple visits, they are too quick if you have numerous questions/concerns/issues. But I feel that is fairly offset by their super low but loving rates. (My former vet was quick AND more expensive so this is an improvement). They like animals, warm and friendly and knowledgeable.
I will keep them for routine/minor/non-emergency visits. Am seeing a new local vet tomorrow for a thorough dog hind legs/hips eval.

We were happy with routine visits. However, we learned the hard way that they will not see you in an emergency unless appointments available. Our pet died and now we are left to wonder if they could have made a difference.

The appointments are easy to make. The staff is knowledgeable. They are very reasonably priced. They are not a sophisticated clinic. They are good for simple and straight forward animal care. They are very good with the animals. If there is a bigger issue they will refer you to a specialist.

As well as it could go for end of life visits.

They are good, but nothing fancy. The vet is really good and she knows what she is doing. I think because we are not in the big city, the primary things is turned to the animals. They charge and make their money of course but they don't overcharge me. I will continue to use their service in the future.
