CORMACK TREE SERVICE

In the summer a sizable section of a tree had come down in my back yard, and I worried that another large section of the tree might land on my neighbor's roof. I asked Sean to come out and take a look at the tree. He gave me a quote of $340 to remove the tree. While I was at work he and a crew member started the process of removing the tree. He also agreed to help remove the neighbor's boat which stood near the tree and would likely have been struck by some of the branches. He took down the tree and carted it away, raking up the remaining leaves and branches. The work probably took longer than he anticipated, but he said that he wouldn't charge more than his original estimate. My wife was so impressed with the job that they had done, that she insisted that they take $400, which still was quite a bargain.

The owner came out and evaluated the work to be done and quoted me a very reasonable price. The crew showed up when promised and very efficiently took care of the trees. When they were done and the wood loaded up on their truck, they raked the whole back yard to make sure no debris was left. The final work was to sweep the driveway. The work was done in a timely fashion and they were very efficient, curtious and a pleasure to work with. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

He completed his work as he promised. We would hire them again.

Excellent, this is the second time I used this service and each time when they are gone you wouldn't know they had been there except for the missing trees/branches. Showed up on time and worked fast. Gave me a free estimate before and took the time to make sure on what I wanted done. If I had done this work it would have taken me several weekends and I would still have ended up with a mess from burning.

Sean performed some work on my trees in 2008, and I was quite impressed with his knowledge about trees, and his concern for the condition of the different trees on my property. He is the opposite of a high-pressure contractor who is trying to make a quick buck. His prices are very reasonable, and one gets the sense that he actually cares about his work. I bought my current house in large measure because I was impressed with the trees on the property, and I wouldn't want to hire someone to do tree work who had no appreciation for the beauty of the trees.

I have known them for a long time, they are my neighbors. He has all the equipment and know how. The price and the quality of work is top notch. The thing is you have to be worth his risk to have him work for you. Jerks and knuckelheads need not ask.

Sean gave me an estimate and said he could do it in a a week (he had a few other jobs going as well). When I came home from the weekend, the job was completed and my yard was cleaner than I had left it! The tree was pruned as expected. Sean is not much for words which I like. He does what he says he is going to do.

If there is damage to a healthy tree, he can come in and balance it. He's a Michigan certified arborist. He's extremely knowledgeable. He does very good work. We have been very happy with him and wouldn't want to use anyone else. He's got very reasonable prices. He charges by the hour and it depends on what he is doing, what equipment he's using and how big of a crew he has with him. It varies.
