The pricing was okay. Quality was okay too. It was okay work. They did not get the money from the insurance company and would not release the car until they got the money. Not really their fault I guess. I would not give him glowing remarks because I do not know I heard the guy's name is Bobby liked making disparity remarks about us to the insurance agent on the phone and I just did not feel that his customer service was all that professional. He is on the phone with the insurance adjusters and he says here comes Postmus now. I do not like being called by my last name like. It sounded negative to me. I did not have a problem with the work. It looked nice. I did not have a problem with the price. It is fair. I just did not feel valued as a customer. I felt like they were making disparity remarks to my insurance company and weren't giving me respect as a customer that is basically how I felt and I would not go back. If I had another accident god forbid I would find someone else to fix my car. It is not about the service, its is not about their price, it is is just about their unprofessional attitude towards the customer. They were punctual. They got the car done on time. There are some other scratches on my car that they did not cover and tried to explain to insurance company how it happened that I went completely through a pile of snow and debris on the side of the road was gravel mixed in it and stuff and they ended up not covering those scratches and I do not think that the body shop stuck up for me. I think they more sided with see how that could have happened like that or something. I do not think they backed me in that. I do not think that the body shop backed me with my insurance company and I ended up not getting some of my damages fixed because I do not think that they backed me.
