We had a problem with bathtub drain draining slowly, and toilet not flushing properly. Zeller came out on the day we requested (which was 2 days after our call-our request), snaked the toilet, checked the tub, etc. Final result was the toilet needed to be replaced, which was done 2 days later. All was done in a timely manner. Mr. Zeller showed up at the time scheduled for the first visit, and called early in the day on the second visit to say the morning job he had would take longer than estimated so he would be at the house at 3.30, which he was. This is a rental house for us; we live 2 hrs away from it. We trusted Mr. Zeller to perform the installation when promised, which he did, and he trusted us to mail him a check when work was completed -so it wasn't necessary for us to make a second 250 mile round trip visit, and we were able to have the check delivered to him on the Monday after the Friday work. Very definitely would have Zeller plumbing do future work for us. Recommend him without reservation.
