"This person's accusations in regards to what was done & contracted to do are false. They were not ready for us to come do the job despite their "rush" for us to be there. We left the space at their request so the roof job could proceed. This was our second time doing work for them, if they weren't satisfied with work, company price, etc. they shouldn't have signed contract. There is nothing wrong with the workmanship, it is a lifetime warranted roof. As far as the conduct/verbal exchanges myself and Ryan have been verbally assaulted by Mrs. (member name removed) and we will no longer deal with them via phone. We weren't contracted to do their fascia."
