We specialize in first time home buying as well as investment properties. The reason we have such a large following is we treat our inspection process a little different. We not only do a thorough inspection of you home, but as it may be a little intimidating for first time home buyers or investors not located in the area we provide many different references as to people that can help correct any issue you have. Every home has some issues, but we don't feel we want to scare you, but simply give you the solution and then let you make your choice from there. Please don't let the wrong inspector scare you away from your dream home before you have all the information you need. It's also a pretty wide known discussion that since our background was in home improvement before we not only know what to fix, but the price you should be looking for. We even talk to the contractors for you far after our report has been submitted!
