COOPERSVILLE HEATING & COOLING

We had multiple bids on our furnace and AC along with some duct upgrades and repairs. Although this company was not the least expensive quote we had, we liked the recommendations he made to help make the system more efficient. Choosing between our final two candidates was easy because this guy returns calls. The guys came when the said they would. The cost was exactly what he said it would be and they were finished when he had told us he would be. We have had no issues with the unit thus far, Pleasant, friendly and responsible. I would use them again.

Overall, it went very well. Cooperville Heating & Cooling was recommended by a neighbor who had them put in a new furnace and A/C unit. The owner, Mark Janose, was available anytime to take our calls. He came out to the house and made a determination of what we needed. He explained all the options and gave his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable in heating and A/C and gave us a quote with some options. We contracted him to do the installation. Mark and his dad were prompt in setting a time for the install. They arrived when they said they would and were done in 1.5 days. They were very neat and Mark is a bit of a perfectionist, which is good. My wife would find something to fault with the job if he wasn't. They cleaned up everything. Nothing was left for us to pick up after. The next day after the install, the A/C unit was kicking on and off repeatedly. I called Mark on his cell phone and he said he would come out. He came out in the middle of the day and checked the A/C. It was an electrical problem. The voltage was too low somewhere. He replaced a few wires and it was fixed. We haven't had any issues since. We have been happy with the heating and A/C units. They are a Goodman brand and they have no problem keeping up with our needs for heat and cooling. They are supposed to be more energy efficient, but I haven't seen much difference in the electrical and gas bills yet. It's been a mild winter so far.
