After major storm damage, we hired Tim Berry of Edgewater Roofing in Petoskey. We were very impressed with his knowledge of different roofing options and price ranges. The repair consisted of replacing several rafters and boards. We then had 2x4's placed on top and plywood over those (creating an airspace in between) with the shingles then going over the top to finish. He had a crew of 2 along with himself. They worked very well together with everyone knowing without asking what the next move was. They finished the job in 3 1/2 days. Completely cleaned up everything including checking for dropped nails with a magnet. Now 2 years later the roof still looks brand new. I highly reccommend Tim and his crew.
