Description of Work: Three projects one of which went well. There are layers of Sears in a project which do not communicate or share infornaton. Please insist that the assigned Project Coordinator visit the project upon completion. I won't go on here about the details. I want Sears to succeed, but they need serious restructuring.

 + -1 moreThey were wonderful! Tom designed my kitchen. I received the corporate rate on appliances. I did have an issue with the range, but they address it quickly. The contractor went over and above with the job.
Description of Work: They tore out the old kitchen and put in new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
