SIGNATURE STONE

Terrible. We had selected stone from Signature's recommended supplier. Signature told us that the granite would be installed in 3 to 4 weeks. We gave them a $3000 deposit on December 3. On January 3, we went to the supplier and our granite was still sitting there. Called Signature to see when they were going to get started. Salesperson said she would check into it. In the meantime, we got nervous since they had our money for 30 days and hadn't even purchased the granite from the supplier. My husband went to Signature, asked for our money back and they told him that they needed to keep a "restocking" charge! They didn't even have the granite nor was the granite even purchased. They charged us for their measure fee and after 14 days, we finally got our money back, less the measure fee. We went to Kowalski Granite in Grand Haven and they completed the work in 1 week, were cheaper and much more professional.
