We had purchase cabinets and counter tops with them. They would deliver but would not bring them inside your home. They will bring it to your house but leave it outside due to liability issues. They are also damaged a lot of the things we purchased and they were aware of the issues before delivering but went ahead and brought it to our home. So it delayed the process of getting the whole project completed by Menards. The cabinets had to be replaced more than once and the Manager wouldn't even try to do the right thing.

When I went to Lowe's to purchase a washer and dryer there was a little scratch and the delivery guys advised me to call the store so it can be addressed immediately.  This right here shows Customers come first and wants to make sure as the Customer we are satisfied at the end of the day. 

I would not use Menards services in the future and would not recommend their services to others.
