Markin Company was an excellent company to work with, their workmanship was superb, the work was completed in one day with the removal of the old roof and with a new replacement, and the crew was hard working and professional. In conclusion the whole project and staff were organized and very professional from beginning to end.

Our sliding door was ordered and installed on time with appropriate correspondence. The installers were nice but attempted to leave the job without ensuring that the door was squared and closed completely. When I pointed this out to them in the driveway, they came back and addressed the issue. Later in the evening I noticed that an weather seal inside the door was clearly damaged (visible by rips and tears in a black seal showing white insulation beneath) in a way not possible by use. I called the company on numerous occasions, sent numerous emails with photos of the issue starting on the day of installation and now, four months later, I have only received follow-up calls from the company when they're canceling an appointment to repair the issue and have never received a follow-up call on how they will address the issue. The door and installation was paid in cash. I would seriously reconsider using Markin for any large job as this was just one door and I've been waiting four months now.

After 3 attempts by sales people to figure out the proper color shingle needed to match other structures, they chose the wrong color and installed it.

Really well. The gentleman (am bad with remembering names!), came at specified time, replaced the door (taking measurements, and insuring correct alignment), and insulated around the door. To cut cost, I removed the old door, and inside frame, prior to his arrival. Then installed the door knob and lock after he left. Have not sanded, painted and installed new inside framing yet, and still waiting for our storm door to arrive. He was quite informative, professional, and pleasant.

Some of the work was not completed. Start of project was delayed.

Markin did an amazing job with our home project. They were transparent, honest, and kept us well informed throughout the project process. The new roof looks great, and their crew was punctual. The cleanup was spotless after the job was done. I highly recommend Mark and his team. My wife and I are looking forward to the second stage of our project which is new windows and doors being installed soon.

Absolutely! Kevin was incredible to work with. He exceeded my expectations with our addition on our home. He is a very trustworthy person as well. We don’t live at the home full time. It is our vacation home so he had a set of keys to go in and out while we weren’t there. He earned that trust! His craftsmanship and knowledge is amazing. I would recommend him and have recommended him to all of my neighbors and friends.

Kevin was a great engineer for remodeling our basement. He completely built in the basement. Two bedrooms, office, closets, bathroom. Hallway. Painted. Flooring. Paneling, ceiling. Plumbing. Electricity. And added a hearth to fireplace.
