Insurance Agencies
We had to make a homeowners Insurance claim because of our hot tub freezing over the winter.
Kevin Clark/Farm Bureau was always there to collect your premium or get additional business from you but when it came to the claim process he was nonexistent! This was the worse customer service I have ever received in my life.
I called and emailed for days in a row with no response, when i did get a response it was a brush off to the "adjuster" who was even worse to deal with.
My husband and I consider this a learning experience and are glad we realized the quality of service on a claim like our hot tub and not a house fire. We would have been homeless with NO help from Kevin Clark.
DO NOT do business with Kevin Clark or Farm Bureau Insurance!!!!
