John Grace was magnificent! They handled everything from clearing out everything in the house to dealing with asbestos found in some basement pipes to reconstructing the rooms I worked primarily with Kasey who was always available for my calls and was extremely patient with several changes I made But everyone that worked with them was professional, kind and hardworking The office staff walked me through the insurance maze and handled most of it for me I HIGHLY recommend John Grace and would use them again in a heartbeat .

We worked with Michael, Mark and Clay at various times of the project. They were professional, communicated well and provided top-notch work.  We would highly recommend them for any project.  They are honest and trustworthy. We would use them again for any remodeling project.

Clay and Mike both came to our house as we were afraid of the water damage and the possibility of mold growing and causing us to get sick from it. There was some mold that we saw growing on the cardboard boxes and the wet wood shelves before they arrive.
They moved the stuff out of the small wet room to our garage (where we asked them to put it) and let their dehumidifiers and fans run to dry things out. After moving the stuff out, we found lots more mold. When they came back, Mike cleaned the area and treated it for mold. Whatever the stuff is that they used to treat and clean the are did not smell bad or strong.
They checked in with us multiple times to see how we were doing. They both seemed very nice and as concerned as we were to get the mess cleaned up as soon as possible. They were very nice to my wife an daughter who could smell the mold that I could not (my nose is not as good as theirs I guess). Their HEPA filter system really helped in removing the mold spores and or smell around the house. Even though the space was smaller than what they normally see and the total damage was smaller, they still treated us with respect.
Clay and Mike did an excellent job for us.
I would certainly recommend them to others.

The project went very well. John grace did excellent work. They were very fast and punctual. Their workers were are professional and pleasure to work with. I have no complaints. Also, they were very helpful in going through the process of working with the home owners insurance company to get money for the repairs (since it was caused by a falling tree).
