lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreThis morning I went in to buy (I had looked at it the week before) an Echo PAS 280 power head and some attachments (approx. $650.00 total). The only one they had was the floor sample model. When I asked the salesman to order one for me because I didn't want a floor sample, he refused to do so. He told me to go to Home Depot or Lowes if I wanted one in a box. If I wanted to buy it there, I had to take that one. I refused that offer and told him that he was short- sighted since I had used this business for service on my John Deere and had purchased other products there. He told me that I was short sighted for not taking that model. Not wanting to get into argument, I left. Needless to say, I don't plan on returning to this business for anything else.
