Outstanding! from calling the office the 1st thing on Monday morning getting a friendly voice and identity herself...Jennifer. Wow...5 star all the way. Answered all my questions and concerns but stated might be a day or so but she would check and get back to me...I scheduled appointment...I get a call back and stated they would work me in sometime later today...Matt called and was here in the afternoon...warm, smiling face and so knowledgeable and professiona!...! He had it all under control and fixed...oh I forgot my car was locked in the garage so where was I going? Called Monday morning, and they asked if the car was trapped inside. I said no, and they said they could have a technician come first thing Tuesday morning. I said that would be fine. Later Monday morning Matt called to say if it worked for me, he could come that afternoon. He came, fixed the spring, adjusted the tension, and oiled everything. Great service!

He did a great job. Quick. He even tightened all screws and bolts on the entire garage door and track.

It went pretty well overall. They arrived 20 minutes late to provide the estimate, but my options were explained well, guy seemed knowledgeable.

Slight unprofessionalism from installer - just in general, not a pleasant guy. Who knows, perhaps he was having a bad day. Despite that, I'm very pleased with the door - it's quiet and beautiful.

They did a really good job. They were on time and professional.

It went ridiculously well. The person on the phone nicely explained every detail about how it would go, and what it would likely cost. She asked if I'd like to have that fixed today, I said that that would be nice, and she said that would be possible and that I could expect a call before the repair person showed up. She gave me an estimated time of arrival. The actual repair person called in advance as discussed. He showed up and performed the repair, answered my questions, and was out in a half hour. Somewhat related: I got massive husband points from my wife for getting this fixed within hours of it being discovered as broken.
Watching the whole process, it seems to me I could probably do it myself, but given the experience I had with this company I would gladly pay them to do it again next time.

Within an hour of my call a technician was onsite to do a routine check of a garage door and opener that came with our new house. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact, within 30 minutes he had completed the inspection and lubrication, eliminated the noisy vibration that rattled the house when the opener was running, and programmer two universal openers for us. Very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The price above included two new universal openers as well. I will be calling them again next time I'm in need of service or replacement of my garage door.

Excellent. Could not be more satisfied. Contractor came when they said they would, worked efficiently and charged a fair price. Also, I called for technical support afterward and they were quick to respond with all information. Pleasant experience all the way through. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

They were quick to respond to my call and will show up and repair/diagnose a problem for a $75 service fee (plus parts). However, the technician did not show during the allotted 4 hour window. Rather, I had to call the office and they located him for me.

They were very prompt in getting us a quote as well as well as getting the garage door installed. We got a quote and had it installed all within the same week, so that was very nice. They were also very helpful.
