Description of Work: Three years ago I undertook a full redesign and extension of my gardens. I had a general outline of the space and that I wanted a perennial garden. I met with Chuck Wieten, then he came up with a grand design. I was delighted. The work proceeded at a steady pace with knowledgeable and professional installers, especially Eric, along with Monty. Chuck made regular visits to tweak the design as needed. All the plants were guaranteed, so Chuck was right here in the spring to arrange for replacements, discuss adjustments, etc. I love the flowers, but I'm not a real gardener. I appreciate that Chuck still stays in touch and visits the garden from time to time to see that all is progressing as it should. Of course, no landscape work is inexpensive when major work is done; but I found Clark's Landscape to be very fair. As I recall, their prices were somewhat lower or very competitive to the other places I checked into at the time. As my garden begins to wake up this spring, I have fond memories of the entire process and look forward to catching Chuck checking it out one of these days.

 + -1 moreI waited for the estimate, and waited for the estimate. Finally after what I deemed a reasonable wait time and I didn't want to rush them I called Clarks. The operator did say that Dan's estimates were a little delayed. So I waited a few more days and called back, this time the operator sent me to Dans voice mail. I left voice mail to the effect that I really would like the estimate he came out to compile, I had his business card he gave me when we talked about the estimate for the project so I actually emailed him as well. I never got a response from Dan neither telephone or email. And the thing of this whole review is that when we moved in to our home, Clarks put our lawn in and they did a fantastic job. We even had a wash out after they blew in the hydro-mulch and came out and reapplied to the area that washed out. But that was in 1992 and it seems things have changed within the company. And I don't know if my estimate fell through the cracks or something happened to Dan or they just didn't want to do m y project, although when Dan was here he said Clarks did a lot of these projects like mine. So I was very disappointed with Clarks Landscape services.
Description of Work: I called Clarks Landscape Services for an estimate of a landscape project I needed done. Dan Clark came right out. He was very professional, personable and seemed very good at what he does.

Description of Work: We have used Clarks for two years now to do weekly mowing, trimming, etc. They are punctual every week, do a nice job on the yard and have even done extra services on their own like spraying the driveway for weeks that come up in the seams of the driveway so everything looks nice. They contact us each spring to start service. This year, due to gas prices they had to increase their price to $127.00 a month and were very apologetic in the letter they sent. To me it was still well worth the price to have a dependable company that provides a quality service!

 + -1 moreI NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DID. THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING, THAT I HAD ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT AND DO THE WORK OVER AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COMPLETELY REDO THE LANDSCAPING IN MY YARD.
