Larry answers the phone! This is important as many realtors don't get back with you in a timely manner. Never had that problem with Larry. He answers all your questions, explains details about selling a home and helps you to understand every step right up to sale and more. His follow up was just terrific and I never felt I was being ignored or conversely, we were never pushed to go in a direction we did not chose.

His patience with panicky homeowners is great. You do Not need to worry when Larry is representing you!

I had listed my house in the beginning of 2012 with a Realtor and had a bad experience. That person would never return phone calls and I ended up getting more answers from Google than I did from her. I gave up on selling my house in 2012 and tried selling it on my own. That didn't work so well either.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions confidently. It was easy to see why my house didn't sell before. This guy had a unique touch in dealing with people and working a deal that the previous agent did not have. Lawrence did not hold back. He shared ideas on pricing strategies and marketing ideas. He didn't hold any information back and was extremely open about how he operated. I immediately felt comfortable with listing my home through him.

During the short time I had my house on the market, he answered almost every phone call. The few times he did not answer, he followed up with a return call. I never had to wait for answers and the answers he gave me were solid and made sense. Communication with him was great and made the selling process easy. He had my house sold in a matter of a month and a half, and also helped my find my next home very quickly too. Not only is he fantastic at communications, he also has superb listening skills. He definitely exceeded every expectation I ever had for a Realtor.
