We had a great experience with Sedona Stone. All of the office staff were very patient, kind and helpful. The installers,Anis and Luca were great. They were very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in detail. I would recommend Sedona Stone to anyone to anyone looking for granite to be put in their home

The absolute worst customer service I have ever ever experienced. As one who works with people on a daily basis I am blown away from the unprofessionalism I have experience from Angie and Anthony. First off, I gave them my number instead of my husbands since I am the one designing the kitchen but they still continue to call my husband and Anthony states it takes “ a long time to find emails with updated numbers so they call what’s on their paper file” as if they can’t cross it off and add a new one. Please. I wasn’t informed I needed to install a farm sink because I am a returning customer and didn’t have to install the sink the first time. I have been told to refer to the contract that Anthony stated was stupid and no one reads them and he gets it because he had the same issue when he just bought some property and was told to read the contract when he didn’t understand something. “15 business days” they love to use the word approximately so they have wiggle room. A ton of it . I called August 17th. They didn’t even come out to measure until the 24th. If you ask me when someone is a returning customer and paid you July 10th close to 4K you should accommodate them a little better with time and off days when they have no countertops. If you don’t have enough staff stop taking people’s money and booking jobs you can’t fulfill. When they finally did come out on September 28th after making my neighbor come to the home because they again couldn’t accommodate my time because we’re suppose to only work on their time as I’m a nurse working in the emergency room having four days off yet my times couldn’t EVER work unless I wanted to be pushed out further. Right. 4K in July. I’d love to wait longer. Makes sense. Window for my neighbor to get there was 11-2. However, guess what ? This perfect company showed at 230 with no call. I had to call them to ask what’s going on. Their excuse?! “They can’t call and drive. Remind you only one of them had to drive. There were more than one worker. Nice try though. Our sink wasn't level so they couldn’t install. I can admit that. However, there were so many other areas that could have been installed to give me something to work with for the time being since I’ve been out of counters since July. Even just my island ! They have had their money though. And now they want to refund me And not give my my counters that are cut but keep all these fees because a friend of mine left them a negative review. I didn’t until now. Sorry Anthony I don’t have control of others. So I hope you’re happy with keeping the $400 when in reality if you wanted to make your customers happy I was fine with the reschedule it was the fee you we’re charging me of $250 when you weren’t perfect either ! You can go outside your windows but god forbid a customer makes a mistake. Hypocritical if you ask me. Seriously you all can read the negative reviews and Anthony attacking them. Angie told me a bit ago after she apologized for Anthony’s behavior to my husband yesterday that I don’t know what happened because they dealt with my husband as if he didn’t tell me. They would have dealt with me if they would have updated the file like I asked four times ! Also I referred these people out to my residents here at the hospital getting new homes but I will be sure that the word of mouth gets around about how horrible they treat their customers and then scam them. Keep my $400 Anthony maybe use it for a class on customer service or even anger management. Also, please don’t send your workers to peoples home smelling of marijuana especially when kids live there ! However, jennco in the same building are amazing and they should branch off because they will lose business being in the same area as the people who run this company and they deserve the business ! Instead of putting in hours arguing with your customers you could have finished someone’s counters ! Prioritize you’re time and maybe you could run a better business.

Not going to waste time responding to lies. Timelines were longer because you didn't follow the customer agreement and have your project ready for template or for installation. Can't help that you weren't prepared. Your number was removed from the paperwork as a contact because you were rude and disrespectful to every employee you spoke with. Your husband was the only one that was capable of being respectful. Ultimately, your rudeness was why you were fired as a client and your money returned. The money withheld was for the template charges for the 2 times we came out to template and a third of the fee normally charged from your installation appointment that you weren't ready for.

We really should have read more reviews on Sedona Stone before hiring them to install our granite counters. We had our faucets (reverse osmosis, soap dispenser and sink faucet) out on the counter for Vince to measure and spoke to him of where we wanted the holes placed. I don’t know if the measurements weren’t done correctly or if the people drilling the holes at their location dropped the ball but they were drilled incorrectly and did not fit our faucets. Looked absolutely horrible and piled on top of each other as we put them in that evening after the installers left. This was a Thursday. Friday morning my husband called Sedona Stone to speak of this huge mistake. He didn’t hear back from them until Monday. I know if I owned a company or knew of this huge mistake I would be on the phone calling my customer right away to make things right and not waiting until Monday half way through the day when our backsplash guy was doing his installation. Mistake number one. Anthony, the owner, and Vince at this point had offered to replace all the granite, which was a generous offer and we would have accepted this if our backsplash wasn’t 3/4 of the way installed at this point. This would’ve also fixed mistake number 2 where the granite was installed off set and there is a gap at the end where the granite meets our ovens. Looks awful. There was no way we were having this backsplash removed. Our backsplash is beautiful, meticulously done. Aurora Remodeling & Repair did incredible work with this. So my husband was asked to email pictures. Vince called my husband and suggested we change the faucets to standard that would look better. Anthony, the owner, called me and asked me to take a picture of the sink holes so he could photo shop what it would look like to add a disposal button to cover one of the holes (which we did NOT want) and drill another hole to the right to space out the faucets, which would still look ridiculous. My husband asked if they had a remnant of the same granite they used on our counters that we’d like them to replace the granite on our island and we’ll call it a day. This would've meant something to us that they made us happy after we’ve spent thousands of dollars on a kitchen that isn’t like we wanted thanks to their poor quality workmanship. Vince was completely stuck on only fixing the mistakes they made by replacing the counters. I told him no way was I removing the backsplash. It made perfect sense to us for them to replace the island granite. This would even cost them much less than having to replace the entire counters. Nope. Vince completely stuck on only replacing the counters. Vince said he was concerned we’d leave bad reviews if they didn't fix their mistake. Yes. Here's your review. Anthony, the owner, called me with the exact same spiel as Vince. Only fixing a problem they created and that’s it. Not even a mention of some sort of refund from the owner only that they would replace the counters Did he not hear me that the beautiful back splash was installed so this ISN’T AN OPTION?? It was basically that or nothing from him. This is how he runs his business? What a joke. What about doing what it takes to make a customer that’s spending thousands happy? Have his company praised for excellent customer service because we felt heard? There was no way we are having them drill on our granite again to add a hole and cover the mistake hole and most likely make everything even worse. We will now hire a professional to fix their mistakes. Even still we’ll have to look at all these holes on our sink every day and remind ourselves of how awful it looks thanks to Sedona Stone. There is mistake number 3 I’d like to mention that we didn’t realize until after our phone call with Anthony. Their workers did not properly seal around the sink and granite and we have water that gets in between. Horrible workmanship and equally as horrible customer service. Yes their prices are very good, but trust us... take your money elsewhere. You get what you pay for here.

You are correct, we did make a mistake on your counters. However, there are also some inaccuracies in your review. You state that when your husband called Friday morning you didn't hear anything back from us until Monday. This is patently false. Your husband spoke with both our Office Manager and our Shop Foreman, Tony. He offered a solution to your husband, which he didn't want, so it was escalated up to the Operations Manager and the Owner, both of whom were out of town. Vince contacted you Monday, and by your own admission, offered to completely remake the pieces at no cost to you so that you would have a product you are happy with. YOU REFUSED this because you inexplicably chose to move ahead your backsplash installation even though you were unhappy with your counters. We were even willing to pay for the the re-installation of backsplash so we could properly resolve the issue. Since YOU would not allow us to properly fix the issue, we offered you an alternative, which you also refused because instead of fixing the issue, you instead chose to try to get something (an island) for free or for us to offer you a partial refund. In other words, rather than allowing us to fix the problem, you wanted us to just pay you off to go away. That is not how we do business. We are always willing to fix the issue regardless of the cost to ourselves. We are never willing to just pay you to go away. We freely admit our mistake, but any further issues you have are by your own choice. You could have just let us fix the issue. Instead, you chose to try to troll for a freebie. Not going to happen. Sedona Stone did an absolutely wonderful job on my bathroom counter top and my fireplace hearth. I found the granite I wanted on my first trip for my counter top. It took three trips to their location for my hearth. I am 100% totally satisfied and highly recommend them!!

I recommend them. When they came out to measure the counter top and what not, the guy gave me a lot more insight on what was gonna happen and what my possibilities were because when you buy counter tops you buy the whole slab and then you can do whatever you want with the left over pieces and they will cut them and install them.So he gave me ideas on what I could do with them and that worked out perfect. Your not gonna beat their price around here.

Excellent, I'm very pleased with the beautiful counter tops and Everyone from front office, to installers. All appointments were kept on time, I really appreciated knowing all the pricing up front so there's no surprises on install day. I would hire and recommend this company anytime!!

A few bumps but customer service and Anthony the owner were great. Price was excellent and the workmanship was very good. I shopped 5+ granite places and was mostly given prices 2x what Sedona charged. Selecting the material was a bit self serve but there is no pressure or anyone hovering near you. It took a bit of time to get the measuring appointment scheduled and 3 weeks from the measuring to install - but this was mostly due to me being indecisive. The first minor bump was when we got a call from Anthony regarding the material we had picked out - seems like the new slabs had a large inclusion that could not be hidden given the configuration of our kitchen. We needed to go that day to see the issue and to potentially pick a new slab. I am so thankful Anthony called and gave us that option rather than just installing what we picked. We saw the issue and picked a different slab that was actually less expensive but looked great. Second minor bump was that on the day of install the sink and cutout were incorrect. But there were no squabbles or any attempt to fit the wrong sink into my cabinets - Sedona was out the next day with the correct cutout and sink and did the install. The install went smoothly and looks good. My home sold in 3 days with 3 offers due in part to a great looking kitchen. I also really liked the option of removing my old countertop to save some money. I'm unfortunately moving out of their service area otherwise I would hire Sedona for my next kitchen project. You cannot beat the value of Sedona Stone.

Terrible, took three weeks to just to get someone to come and measure. The another month before installation. Extremely rude on the telephone. Only accept cash, i know why lol. Deposit check was dated 1/4/2017 job finished late March. Held up the whole job and kept other contractors waiting. DO NOT USE these people.

[Member Name Removed], with due respect, almost every aspect of this review is absolutely false. In fact, the only thing you got correct was the date of the deposit check. You gave us the deposit check on 1/4, at which time you told us the cabinets were on order and wouldn't be in for about a month. That check was given to hold the material you chose for your project. You then called on 2/10 to state that you were ready for template. You were templated on 2/16. Doing a little quick math, we can see it was 6 days, not the 3 weeks that you state above. You also failed to mention that even at the time of template, you were unprepared because the person you had there couldn't even answer basic questions about the project such as which edge profile you wanted and whether or not you wanted the piece dog-eared. You were then installed on 3/8 which is less than 3 weeks, not the month you state. It also, isn't "late March". You knew these timelines from the start and still agreed to them, so I am unsure why you feel the need to post these falsehoods. If I could post pictures, I would do so to verify the dates I have posted. By the way, you also contradicted yourself saying we only accept cash, while clearly saying that you gave a deposit CHECK. We do not accept cards, but we do accept both checks and cash. If you have any actual and legitimate issues with the granite itself, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you. We can't say enough good things about Sedona Stone? simply the best. We are marketing our home and opted for granite upgrades. Anthony and his team were fantastic to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with an amazing contractor! If you have any issues they will make it right. Great price and a first class crew, don?t go anywhere else!

Not a single room was completed to the customer's satisfaction. There is now a large gap between the counters and kitchen cabinets . They asked to have all faucets available and measured the kitchen faucet incorrectly. Instead of purchasing or waiting for the client to purchase a new faucet, they installed the new faucet backwards. On some of the bath faucets they cut the holes so that is impossible to use the pop up drain and told the client no one uses them anymore. There was a gap left between the mirror an back splash in one bathroom. There were other issues, but I believe this is enough information on this account There was no effort by the contractor to resolve any of the issues or offer any refund for the work effort. I had sent a new client to Sedona and called them back and recommended that they not use them. If issues had been brought up when the company came out to measure, the installation might have gone smoother or different choices made. The client want the company requested and had all fixtures there. Will never recommend the company again.

And we made our granite perfectly level,...we are not a cabinet company sorry...we told this to you and begged us to put it in anyway because you had a party that weekend...your faucets in your bathroom again have nothing to do with us....WE ARE A GRAINTE COUTERTOP COMPANY....not cabinet guys and plumbers.. Is there anything wrong with your granite that we can help you with, please let us know.. Sorry that you feel that we at Sedona Stone are responsible for your bad cabinets and you purchasing the wrong faucets, some how you feel we are responsible for that. In closing we apologize if you feel we at Sedona Stone did something incorrect ....but WE DID NOT....AS YOU STATED NOTHING ABOUT THE GRANITE..
